Automatic Brine Freezer is an ideal freezing solution for seafood products that can tolerance high salinity such as cooked shrimps and crabs. The freezer uses strong brine solution which is chilled down to -17°C (0°F) with heat exchanger controlled by PLC computer. Immersion freezing is highly efficient as the heat transmission is a 100% without any type of thermal barrier and results in extremely low freezing time. The freezer has automatic in-feeding and out-feeding mechanism, where the product enters the freezer in trays and is placed into a shelf, which transports the trays through the freezer and delivers the product fully frozen to an out-feeding conveyor at the end of the freezer. This process is completely automatic and requires no operator and can be integrated with the processing line. The freezer is compact and uses small floor space, with easy access for cleaning and can both be installed as an onboard or onshore solution.
